Service Description
This diagnostic session is the first step for every family. We take a quick look at your child’s current skills and how they approach tasks. We also learn what has been hard at school and what you want to improve. By the end of the session, we will recommend weekly tutoring or twice weekly tutoring and share clear next steps. Includes - A brief skills and strategy check - A short grade level task to see how your child applies skills - A placement recommendation for weekly or twice weekly tutoring - A clear next step plan for enrollment and scheduling Helpful to have ready - Your child’s grade level and school name - A recent assessment, report card, or sample of work if you have it - A general sense of availability for tutoring
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy FuseLit Education Group LLC d/b/a FuseLit Education Effective date: February 22, 2026 Payment is due at checkout before tutoring begins. Plans bill in advance and auto-renew monthly on your renewal date, set by the date you purchase the plan. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations do not take effect mid-cycle. Plans begin immediately at purchase. Please purchase only when you are ready to start. Once purchased, start dates cannot be delayed, paused, or moved to a later date, except at FuseLit Education's discretion and confirmed in writing. Payments are processed through Wix and/or our connected payment provider. FuseLit Education does not store full card numbers. Students begin with a diagnostic session and are placed in a 1:1 session or small group based on skill level and learning goals, with weekly or twice-weekly sessions available online or in person. In-person sessions are available within 1 hour of Anne Arundel County. Travel beyond that area is subject to a $25 per session surcharge, confirmed at booking. Sessions are 50 minutes and end at the scheduled time. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show and counted as used. Missed sessions and late cancellations are nonrefundable. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed. If FuseLit Education must cancel a session or a platform issue prevents delivery, we will reschedule or apply a credit. Payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable except when FuseLit Education is unable to deliver remaining sessions or as required by law.
