PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Payment is due at checkout before tutoring begins. Tutoring plans bill in advance and auto-renew monthly on your renewal date (set by the date you purchase the plan). Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Plans begin immediately at purchase. Please purchase only when you are ready to start.
Once purchased, start dates cannot be delayed, paused, or moved to a later date, except at FuseLit Education's discretion and confirmed in writing. If we ever need to align billing dates, we may adjust the subscription payment date in Wix and apply a credit or additional charge for the shortened or extended cycle, as applicable.
Payments are processed through Wix and/or our connected payment provider. FuseLit Education does not store full card numbers.
GETTING STARTED AND PLACEMENT
Families start with a diagnostic and placement session. After the session, we recommend weekly or twice-weekly tutoring and place students into a small group. Small groups are kept small on purpose. Groups can start very small and may grow as students are placed. Groups are reviewed regularly and may merge when schedules align.
SESSION LENGTH
Session length varies based on the program, service type, and student need. Your confirmed session schedule will reflect the designated length for your plan. Sessions end at the scheduled time.
LATENESS, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOWS
Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance when possible. The following apply to all sessions:
• If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show and counted as used.
• Missed sessions and late cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are counted as used.
• Because tutoring is delivered in small groups, make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
If a schedule change is unavoidable, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. To request scheduling changes, email scheduling@fuseliteducation.com.
If FuseLit Education must cancel a session, or a platform issue prevents the session, we will reschedule or apply a credit at no cost.
SCHEDULE REVIEWS
Student placements and group assignments are reviewed periodically. We reserve the right to adjust groupings, session times, or tutoring formats to best serve student needs and program availability. Families will be notified of any changes in advance.
REFUNDS
Because tutoring plans begin immediately and seats are reserved for enrolled students, FuseLit Education does not offer refunds for unused sessions within a billing period. If you believe an error occurred in billing, please contact support@fuseliteducation.com within 7 days of the charge.
CANCELLATION AND PLAN CHANGES
You may cancel your plan at any time through your Wix account or by contacting support@fuseliteducation.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrading or upgrading a plan is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
MARYLAND CONSUMER RIGHTS NOTICE
FuseLit Education Group LLC operates in compliance with the Maryland Consumer Protection Act (Md. Code Ann., Com. Law §§ 13-101 et seq.) and applicable state regulations. If you have a concern about a billing error or service dispute, you may contact us at support@fuseliteducation.com. Maryland residents who are not satisfied with the resolution of a complaint may contact the Maryland Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division at (410) 528-8662 or oag.state.md.us/consumer.
