1) What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver services, operate programs, and meet legal requirements.

Parent or guardian information may include name, email, and phone number.
Student information may include name, grade level, school if applicable, learning goals, session notes, and progress updates.
Scheduling and billing information may include appointment history, plan type, invoices, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
Technology information may include IP address, device and browser type, and basic site usage data when you visit our website.

2) Why we collect it

We use information to schedule sessions and provide tutoring and consulting services.
We use information to create and update learning plans and progress updates.
We use information to communicate with families and school or partner contacts.
We use information for billing, recordkeeping, safety, and service improvement.

3) Children’s privacy

For learners under 13, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information, unless a school provides consent as part of an authorized educational service. Parents may review, request deletion, or refuse further collection by contacting us.

Examples of consent methods may include a signed consent form, verified email confirmation, verified call back, or school provided consent when the district authorizes the service.

4) Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate our services. Providers are expected to protect information and use it only to provide services on our behalf.

Current core providers may include:
Google for live video sessions. Sessions are not recorded by default.
Wix for website hosting, forms, scheduling, and payments. We do not store full card data.
Google Workspace, including Google Drive, for email and document storage.

If we add or change a core provider, we will update this policy.

5) Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, including access controls and secure account practices. We use vendor security features where available, including secure connections for data in transit and encryption at rest where supported. We limit access to those who need it to perform their role.

6) Retention and deletion

We keep records only as long as needed for service delivery, legal requirements, and legitimate business purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de identify it.

7) Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your or your child’s information, subject to legal and contractual limits. To make a request, contact support@fuseliteducation.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8) School and partner services

When we serve students under a school or district agreement, the school or district may control education records under applicable laws and contract terms. We use student data only to provide the contracted service and do not re disclose it except as permitted by law and agreement.

9) Cookies and analytics

We may use basic analytics and cookies to operate and improve our website. We do not use third party behavioral advertising based on student data.

10) Security incidents

If we determine that a data incident affecting your information has occurred, we will notify you without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law and any school or partner agreement.

11) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the last updated date.
