Academic Support That Works With What You Are Already Doing
FuseLit works alongside schools, homeschool co-ops, and community organizations across the DMV to provide structured academic support that fits the context partners are already operating in. Our founder brings more than 20 years of experience working inside public, charter, and independent school settings, and that background shapes how we design and deliver every partnership. We are not a vendor dropping in a generic program. We build around what your students need and what your organization can actually sustain.
What We Offer
FuseLit offers two core services for organizational partners: a structured tutoring program that moves students forward in math and reading, and practical consulting and instructional coaching that helps your team strengthen the instructional routines already in place. Both can be delivered independently or together depending on what your organization needs most.
Tutoring Programs (K–12)
FuseLit delivers high-impact tutoring for schools, homeschool co-ops, and nonprofit partners across the DMV. Students work in consistent small groups of no more than four with a dedicated tutor, receiving standards-aligned instruction in Math, Reading, and Writing targeted to the skills they need most. Partners receive regular progress updates with clear next steps so every student keeps moving forward.
Consulting & Coaching
FuseLit offers structured coaching and consulting that strengthens tutoring implementation and progress monitoring. Whether a program is getting started or working through gaps in consistency, quality, or data use, FuseLit helps partners build the systems that make tutoring work. Partners receive clear recommendations, reusable tools, and ongoing support aligned to their program and community context.
Who We Partner With
We have worked alongside schools, networks, and community organizations across urban, suburban, and rural settings throughout the DMV. Our partners include public schools, charter networks, district offices, homeschool co-ops, after-school programs, community organizations, and youth-serving nonprofits.

Why Partners Choose FuseLit
Our approach is built on clarity, consistency, and instructional strength. Groups stay small, with a maximum tutor-to-student ratio of 1:4, so instruction is always focused and students get real attention every session. We use clear routines and progress monitoring so partners always know what is happening and what is improving.
Instruction connects to grade level expectations while meeting students where they actually are. Scheduling is flexible to fit school day or after-school needs. And when partners want support beyond tutoring, we provide practical coaching and documentation your team can actually use going forward.

Every partnership starts with a conversation, not a contract. Whether you need tutoring, consulting, or both, we begin by understanding your goals, your schedule, and what your students are working through. From there we follow up with a clear plan and recommended next steps.
